Need to yarn with us?

All Orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible after we receive your Order and your funds are cleared.

We have to allow three to five days for your check to be cleared. E-books will be sent to your email address once the funds are available. We do up an order for Print Books once the funds are available and immediately email your order to our Printer, Digitalprintaustralia.com, and they will process and mail your order. Please allow a week after this for shipment and additional time for postage depending on where you are located. Note - it is quicker to use our Secure Online Ordering System. Returns - Digital will replace any faulty items and guarantee all due care during the distribution process. Do not hesitate to communicate with us via OUR FEEDBACK FORM if you have any queries. This form is checked several times daily and we will respond to you promptly.
