ABOUT STEVE LANGILLE

Inspired to be a cartoonist from an early age, Steve has been doggedly honing his cartooning skills for many years. After eight years in the United States Air Force, Steve jettisoned right into California's heady Silicon Valley during the computer/electronics boom but his longing to be a cartoonist never waned.

Today Steve resides in the United States with his wife and family and works in the IT industry. His real love is cartooning and he is the creator of The Strange Breed, a single panel cartoon series in which Steve indulges his wacky, off-the-wall humour. Real-life situations tickle the funny bone whilst offering a hint of empathy to humankind. And it's not just humans who feature in Steve's cartoons - animals and even inanimate objects receive the "treatment" that has become synonymous with The Strange Breed. The Strange Breed now features in many US newspapers and the popularity of the cartoons continues to grow.
