We receive notification of your order as soon as you complete your transaction and you will receive a receipt from Paymate to confirm your order. E-books will be sent to your email address on the same day. We do up an order for Print Books and immediately email your order to our Printer, Digitalprintaustralia.com, and they will process and mail your order. Please allow  a week for shipment and additional time for postage depending on where you are located. Returns - Digital will replace any faulty items and guarantee all due care during the distribution process. Do not hesitate to communicate with us via OUR FEEDBACK FORM if you have any queries. This form is checked several times daily and we will respond to you promptly.
